Terms and Conditions
1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively directed at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership who acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. CONTRACTING PARTIES, CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT, CORRECTION OPTIONS
The purchase contract is concluded with A2S Agency UG.
By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries before submitting your binding order at any time by using the correction options provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept our offer by clicking the order button for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. CONTRACT LANGUAGE, CONTRACT TEXT STORAGE
The language available for conclusion of the contract is German.
We store the contract text on our systems, which are not accessible to you.
4. DELIVERY TERMS
Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. For more information on the amount of shipping costs, please refer to the offers.
We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, self-collection of goods is not possible.
5. PAYMENT
The following payment methods are generally available to you in our shop:
Prepayment
If you select prepayment as the payment method, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after payment has been received.
Credit Card, Debit Card
During the order process, you provide the details of your credit or debit card. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
PayPal
In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction. In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have a bank account enabled for online banking, authenticate yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction. In cooperation with the payment service provider paydirekt GmbH, Stephanstr. 14-16, 60313 Frankfurt a. M, we offer the payment methods giropay and paydirekt.

6. TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us without delay. Failure to lodge a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory rights and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
7. WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES
Application of Statutory Warranty Rights
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory warranty rights apply.
The following limitations and shortened time periods do not apply to claims for damages caused by us, our statutory representatives or performance assistants:
- in the event of injury to life, body or health
- in the event of intentional or gross negligent breach of duty or fraud
- in the event of breach of material contractual obligations whose fulfillment enables the proper performance of the contract at all and on whose observance the contracting party may regularly rely (cardinal obligations)
- under a guarantee, insofar as agreed, or
- insofar as the Product Liability Act applies.
Restrictions on Consumers
When purchasing used goods by consumers, the following applies: if the defect appears after one year from delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects that appear within one year of delivery of the goods may be asserted within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods.

8. LIABILITY
We are always liable without limitation for claims for damages caused by us, our statutory representatives or performance assistants:
- in the event of injury to life, body or health
- in the event of intentional or gross negligent breach of duty
- in the event of a guarantee, insofar as agreed, or
- insofar as the Product Liability Act applies.
In the event of breach of material contractual obligations whose performance enables the proper execution of the contract at all and on whose observance the contracting party may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) caused by slight negligence on our part, our statutory representatives or performance assistants, our liability is limited in amount to the foreseeable damage at the time of conclusion of the contract, with whose occurrence must typically be expected.
In all other respects, claims for damages are excluded.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here. We are willing to participate in an out-of-court mediation procedure before a consumer dispute resolution body.
