Returns

Do you want to return one or more items to us?

You can do this conveniently at the following address. You bear the shipping costs for the return. In the event of defective or incorrectly delivered goods, the return is of course free of charge for you (in this case please send an email to shop@a2s-agency.de).

Exchange

One or more items don't fit and you want to exchange them? No problem! So you don't have to wait long for the new items, we've made the exchange as simple as possible for you:

  1. You send us the items you want to exchange back to us (address see Returns)
  2. You order the new sizes directly in the shop and we will dispatch them to you as quickly as possible
  3. As soon as the items returned to us have arrived, we will refund the amount to you

Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (A2S Agency UG, Hagstraße 16, 72584 Hülben, Germany, shop@a2s-agency.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal of this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged a fee for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to bear any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for the examination of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
